There are a few possible reasons that cause performance issues on your game client:
- Your device has low hardware specifications
- You set the FPS rate too high in the game setting. We recommend to keep it under 60 fps
- You are collecting too many units and heroes in your game which may cause performance issues. We recommend not hoard these units and retire or trade them when you can. Hero trading will be a future feature.
- You have too many other programms running in the background. Try to close those programms and restart your client
- We are running a server maintenance work which may cause the down time of the game server
- We are fixing issues that may cause temporary client or server performance issue
