    Sometimes, a simple restart can solve the issue. Close the game completely and reopen it.

    Uninstall Medieval Empires from your device, then reinstall the latest version of the game from the website. 

  3. Make Sure You Have the Latest Version
    Whenever a new version of the game is available, you will get a popup in the game client asking you to download it.

    Removing local data can often help with login issues. Here’s how to delete your local data:

      ~/Library/Application Support/com.medievalempires

    • For Windows Users:
      Open "File Explorer" and go to:
