To ensure full functionality in Medieval Empires, especially for Web3 features like claiming MEE rewards or minting NFTs, it's essential to maintain a valid blockchain session with Immutable. While core gameplay doesn't require this session, accessing Web3 features does. To verify if your Immutable session is still active, consider the following methods:

  1. Check if the wallet address(se) are displayed in game under Player Profile (see screenshot)
    • Open the Player Profile window in game and click on "Show Wallets."
    • If your Passport wallet is not displayed in the field shown in the screenshot below, your Immutable session has expired.    
  2. Verify Wallet Address When Minting
    • Try initiating the minting process.
    • If your Passport wallet address is not displayed in the field shown in the screenshot below, your session has expired.  

How to Fix an Expired Session
To resolve this issue:

  1. Log out from the game client.
  2. Log out from the website.
  3. Log back into both the game and the website. Make sure you use the same account for logging in.

After following these steps, your wallet should appear correctly in the relevant fields as shown in the screenshots.
