Once a player switches their faction, the following changes would take place: 

• All ongoing trainings would be discarded but research and construction would continue
• Art assets for the town would change
• For buildings and researches the level and functionality would remain the same
• Basic and Research units of the Turkish faction would be locked and unlocked for Crusader faction
• Players would keep their old units but would not be able to upgrade them
