Manually setting the date or time on your device can interfere with several core gameplay features. When your device time doesn’t match our server, the game may not function as expected in certain cases.
Some common issues caused by manually set device time include:
- Armies not appearing in the HQ
- Armies stuck on the map
- Trainings not starting or completing
- Research not starting or completing
- Building upgrades not starting or completing
To prevent these issues, make sure your device time is set to update automatically:
- On Windows: Go to Date and Time Settings and enable automatic time.
- On Mac: Go to System Settings > General > Date & Time and enable “Set time and date automatically.”
